Nicely done, great idea and consideration for cat homes with vent to direct odor out of home. Appreciate the dining table for eating, looks good. Is it possible to design so table can slide or roll out of the way and over the bench? It would allow mire floor space when not in use. Maybe one side of the legs could fold and slide into a groove built into the counter or cabinet. And would a fold away stair case be attached flush with/to the wall for easier access to loft area versus use of a ladder? Thinking the wall next to sofa. Thanks and appreciate the consideration and thought behind building out your tiny homes. Truly a work of art with practical functionality, quality features and beautiful design layout. A great video of an equally great model of tiny house. Just a quick question, though. Why is there an electrical plug near the floor, next to the toilet? I truly cannot imagine what it would be used for, but I am sure there is a reason. You guys have a purpose for everything in your design. 😄

Missed seeing you, glad you're back with yet another great build and your always good vibes and humor. This is my taste in a tiny with everything I would want (unless we could fit a tub of course). I especially like the floor heating and the charred wood exterior and no propane dependency. The main floor layout gives so much flexibility allowing for a myriad of change and functionings. Keep up the excellent quality and stay well, P.

I love that you have a mechanical room and you have everything all together instead of having it scattered throughout the tiny house like many builders do.

I always watch your videos and I really enjoy them but I had a hard time between the French and English. It's too bad you couldn't do two separate videos

Love this model. This is the first time I've come to realize that you do not supply the mini-split. Most if not all other tiny house builders supply the mini split.

Great build on a tiny! Here in the southern US it is much more expensive to heat the house than it is to cool it. We dread having to turn on the heat because the bill will be infinitely more than for a/c.
